BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN NURSING PROGRAMME

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The aim of the programme is to prepare a competent generalist nurse to function in primary, secondary and tertiary health care settings, providing safe and ethical care to individuals, families and groups across the life span stage of the health-illness continuum

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of five (5) subjects required –
  • CXC/CSEC General Proficiency Grades I, II, III; GCE O’ Level Grades A, B, C; or CAPE Grades 1-4
  • Compulsory: Mathematics, English Language, Biology / Human and Social Biology
  • No more than 2 subjects at level 3 CXC or C GCE
  • High School Leaving Certificate , 17 + years old
